Frisco ISD is happy to announce that Darrell Preston is the new baseball coach at Wakeland High School.

Preston was formerly the coach at Fort Worth Paschal.

“I am extremely excited to be a Wakeland Wolverine and for the opportunity to bring my passion for academics and athletics to Wakeland High School," Preston said. "I look forward to continuing the winning tradition at Wakeland High school with a program built on integrity, discipline, pride and academic excellence. I am very thankful to Frisco ISD Athletics and to the Wakeland HS Administration for this incredible opportunity.”
